Whether it’s been months or years since your last dive, this refresher gently brings you back to the skills you learned in your Open Water training. Guided by Dain McParland and the Oceanauts team, you’ll step back into the water for a dedicated skills dive with calm, clarity, and renewed confidence—ready for your next holiday or your upcoming certification dives.
There’s no rush and no pressure. Just time to practice, rebuild comfort, and enjoy being underwater again.
Prerequisites

Minimum Age: 12 years old.

Experience: Certified divers wanting to refresh their skills, OR Referral/Open Water students preparing for their final ocean dives.

Medical: Must be in good physical health (a standard medical questionnaire will be provided prior to the dive).

What You Need to Bring

There are no drills or skills on this dive—it is purely for fun, allowing you to explore the coast, look for marine life, and lock in your newly rediscovered underwater confidence!
