Collection: CCR & Rebreathers

The Pinnacle of Silent, Streamlined Life Support - For extended bottom times, optimal gas efficiency, and silent operation, Closed Circuit Rebreathers are the apex of technical diving. We proudly feature the Scuba Force SF2 ECCR. Known for its incredibly clean profile, the SF2 houses all essential components within a sleek carbon-fiber tube. This design keeps your chest completely free of clutter, making it the perfect unit for aggressive wreck penetration, deep mixed-gas diving, and demanding North Atlantic conditions.

The SF2 Advantage: Streamlining & The Clean Chest - Transitioning to a rebreather changes everything about how you manage your bailout and stage cylinders. The physical design of the unit you choose dictates your workflow underwater.

1. The "Clean Chest" Philosophy - Traditional rebreathers often use Over-The-Shoulder (OTS) counterlungs, which can clutter your chest area, making it difficult to access your D-rings or manage multiple stage cylinders. The SF2 utilizes a unique back-mounted tube design, placing the counterlung inside the carbon-fiber housing. This leaves your chest completely bare, functioning exactly like a standard twinset or backplate/wing configuration.

2. Work of Breathing (WOB) & Trim - Because the SF2 aligns the counterlung with your lungs' center of gravity, it provides excellent Work of Breathing in a horizontal trim position. The unit naturally wants to sit flat in the water, requiring very little effort to maintain perfect posture.

3. Integrated Electronics - The SF2 integrates seamlessly with Shearwater electronics (like the Petrel 3 or NERD 2). This provides the industry gold standard for PO2 monitoring and decompression tracking directly into the loop.

Oceanauts Standard: A CCR is not an "add to cart" item. It is a life-support partnership. Every SF2 is custom-built at the Scuba Force factory to match your exact configuration preferences, from manual add valves to custom mouthpieces.
