Night & Limited Visibility – Experience the Ocean’s Nightlife
The ocean doesn’t go to sleep when the sun goes down; it transforms. Night diving requires a different set of skills and a new level of awareness, and the SSI Night Diving and Limited Visibility specialty is the ultimate way to master them. Whether you are exploring the rugged coastline of Greencastle under the stars or navigating the emerald waters of a low-visibility day, this course gives you the confidence to own the dark.
Under the guidance of the Oceanauts team, you will learn how to communicate with light signals, master specialized night-diving equipment, and execute safe entries and exits in the dark. You’ll discover a hidden world where the legends of the Mourne coast feel more alive than ever, and the marine life you know by day takes on a whole new character.
