Prerequisites

  • Minimum Age: 12 years old.

  • Certification: Must be a certified Open Water Diver (SSI or equivalent).

  • Medical: Must be in good physical health (standard medical questionnaire provided).

  • 📍 Location: Can be conducted in a heated pool for skill refinement or at Greencastle Shore/ Markethill Quarry for real-world practice.

  • Duration: Approximately 5–10 hours (usually 1 full day).
