Membership Benefits and Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to make the membership cancellation process as smooth as possible. Please review our policy below:

✅ Redemption of Free Benefits: Complimentary benefits such as dives and free specialty courses are only redeemable after the first three months of active membership. This prevents misuse of benefits by short-term sign-ups.

✅ Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your membership at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and no further payments will be taken.

✅ Annual Subscriptions: If you choose to cancel an annual membership, your benefits will continue until the end of the paid period. Refunds are not available for unused months.

✅ Cancellation Process: To cancel your membership, please contact us via email or WhatsApp at +44 7479 051453 at least 7 days before your next billing date to ensure no further charges.

✅ Membership Benefits After Cancellation: Once your membership expires, you will no longer have access to member-exclusive discounts, dive events, or perks. However, you are always welcome to rejoin at any time!
