Xpedition Drysuit

Overview

The Scuba Force Xpedition is a premium trilaminate drysuit built in Germany using state-of-the-art manufacturing and quality control. Made from TYGATEX®, it strikes the ideal balance between durability and mobility, making it a favourite for technical, wreck, and cold-water divers. All seams are finished using Scuba Force’s “Double Seal Technology” for maximum reliability.

Key Features

• TYGATEX® Material: Robust ripstop nylon that is soft to wear, easy to don and doff, and highly resistant to abrasion.
• Double Seal Technology: All seams are sealed twice — first sealed, then hot-melt taped by machine — for long-term waterproof integrity.
• OPS – Overlay Protection System: Reinforced panels on shoulders, back, and arms for extra protection. Available in Kevlar (classic or triangular) or Cordura.
• Diagonal Front Zip & Telescopic Torso: Ensures a great fit and allows the diver to don and doff the suit independently.
• Integrated Protection: Knee and leg protection, warm neck collar, crotch strap, suspenders, and waist adjust system included.
• Size Range: Women: S, M, L. Men: S, M, ML, L, LL, XLS, XL, XXL. Custom made-to-measure also available.

OPS Colour & Material Options

The Xpedition can be visually and functionally customised using the OPS overlays:

• Kevlar: Available in classic or triangular design.
• Cordura: Available in 8 colours: black, red, blue, olive, camouflage, pink, orange, yellow.

This lets you configure the suit for harsh environments and match team or centre colours.

Boot Selection (included)

Choose your boot type at no extra cost:

• Classic neoprene dry boots (sizes 38–50)
• Scuba Force Slim Line boots (sizes XXS–5XL)
• Neoprene socks (sizes XS–XXL) – ideal for use with rock boots

XBP Bellows Pockets

The Xpedition comes as standard with two large XBP bellows pockets. These pockets are easy to operate with gloves, include internal bungee loops, and have a separate compartment for wet notes. Pockets are available in two sizes: small and standard.

Drysuit Bag Included

A robust Cordura drysuit bag is supplied with the suit. The round zipper allows it to open fully and be used as a changing mat. An internal pocket allows storage of wax, grease, or talc.

• Seal Materials: Choose from neoprene, latex, or SI-Tech wrist and neck seals.
• Pee-Valve: Low-profile Scuba Force pee-valve with integrated one-way check valve and large diaphragm for comfortable use on long/deco dives.
