SSI XR Foundations Course
Build the foundation for your future in Extended Range diving or master your recreational rig
The SSI XR Foundations Course is designed for divers ready to sharpen their skills and take the first step into the world of extended range diving or to master their single cylinder setup. Over two days, you’ll become more adept in buoyancy, trim, propulsion techniques, and equipment setup; core skills that underpin every dive.
This course is best experienced in your own equipment setup, as it’s all about making you confident and efficient with your kit. Rental equipment is available on request for an additional fee if you don’t yet have everything you need just yet.
